12/21/02 - As predicted.
|
Brian Heidik, the 34-year-old used car salesman from Quartz Hill, California, won a majority of the Jury's votes, earning him the title of SOLE SURVIVOR and giving him the million-dollar prize.
Congratulations to all the winners of this seasons pool - I have updated the payouts field on the left side with the winners names. I hope you all play again in "Survivor Amazon", which I'll put a link to once it gets closer. I had fun doing the web site this year and it looks like participation has been steadily increasing the last few weeks. This weeks poll had 32 votes and there's only 16 of us playing so someone else is watching. Hopefully they will join the fray on the message board. Come on over and introduce yourselves. We don't bite (well, most of us don't).
Merry Christmas everyone!

12/19/02 - The End is Near.

This is it folks. The final show. Who goes? Who stays? Who stabs? Who takes the million? Most importantly.... Who takes the biggest share of the pool money? Check what Al thinks will happen in his final spoiler of the season on the message board

12/10/02 - Jake, it was fate.
|
Jake Billingsley, the 61-year-old land broker from McKinney, Texas and the last remaining member of Sook Jai, found himself facing a tight group of former Chuay Gahn members. He tried hard but could not negotiate his way in. Jake was voted out of the tribe 5-1. Sorry Tricia... so close, yet so far away. You would of ate the water roach for me...... right (silence.........) right????
Last weeks poll showed that over half of you knew Jake was going this week. With only 5 survivors left we're getting close to the money. It's time to go out on a limb and see who thinks who is taking it all. This weeks poll asks "Who will be the sole survivor " Take a second to vote.

11/24/02 - Penny Loafer
|
Penny Ramsey, the 27-year-old pharmaceutical sales representative from Plano, Texas, was voted out of the Chuay Jai tribe with four votes against her. After turning her back on her former ally Jake Billinglsey, the majority of former Chuay Gahn members banded together and sent her packing. Close, but no cigar Meloni.
This weeks poll shows that at least 6 people visit this site the day of the show. Whooo Hooo, call the advertisers I think I'm on to something. This weeks poll checks to see if you think anything will change to save Jake. Take a second to vote.

11/21/02 #9 While the Cats Are Away!
|
- After being shocked by the vote at Tribal Council, one Survivor begins questioning a former ally as a secret plot is revealed.
- Two tribemates return from a surprise trek away from camp with full stomachs and a suspicious gift.
- Meanwhile, one tribe member preys on the fears of another in an attempt to gain votes and become the Sole Survivor.
Last weeks poll of "how many Sook Jais make the final 4" shows us that most of you believe some twist is about to happen and someone (Penny?) will make the final 4. This weeks poll checks how many people look at this site the day of survivor. Take a second to vote.

11/15/02 - NYPD Blues
|
Ken Stafford, the 29-year-old New York City police officer, was forced to turn in his buff when he was voted out of the newly formed Chuay Jai tribe in a 5-3 vote. After the two tribes merged, Ken's dominating physical presence and charismatic personality posed a threat to the Chuay Gahn tribe members, who banded together sending Ken to join Erin as the second member of the jury. Sorry Mike C. Ken played it the best he could, unfortunately he couldn't hide his strength.
Any more suggestions for a new poll?

11/14/02 #9 - Desperate Measures!
|
- News from home draws sharp responses for one Survivor and may impact that person's future.
- A group of Survivors renew their vow to one another and concoct a plan to get one of their own to "infiltrate" the others.
- Meanwhile, other tribal allegiances fall by the wayside as one Survivor vows to "stir things up."
Thanks to Elaine for doing the spoiler for me this week. Check it out on the new message board.

11/08/02 - Erin BUSTED!
|
Erin Collins, the 26-year-old real estate agent from Austin, Texas was voted out of the Sook Jai tribe 3-1. Erin? Huh? This show continues to be unpredictable. I didn't see it coming at all! Actually we didn't see much of Erin the entire show. I had predicted Ken in my spoiler and as I watched the show I considered that Jake might be vulnerable, but I was pretty sure Erin was safe. Man, I love this show!
Sorry Mary - But you did predict it. Then again you were prediciting your survivor every week since episode 2. You were bound to be right eventually.
Not one suggestion on a new poll question, so I guess I'll leave it be.

11/07/02 #8 - Sleeping with the Enemy!
|
- Tensions between the original tribes are at an all-time high. One Survivor is particularly disgusted by the other tribe's hygiene habits in their new home.
- Members of the original tribes feel each other out about the possibility of alliances.
- A Survivor holds a funeral for the last-to-be-eaten chicken.

11/01/02 - A Shii Ann Huanging
|
Shii Ann Huang, the 28-year-old executive recruiter from New York City, was voted out of the Sook Jai tribe 4 votes to 1. This episode will go down in survivor history as "the merge that never happen" Shii Ann mistakenly tried to form new alliances with Chuay Ghan assuming the tribes had merged. When the immunity challenge came up, teams were told they would still compete, and go to tribal council, as usual. Shii Ann was left without a home. "At least ya get to go have a smoke She Devil"
I guess I should of followed the sheep and predicted Shii to be gone. Elaine even tried to talk me into it. Mark Burnett gets kudos again for throwing yet another twist into this awesome game of emotions.
Anyone have an idea for this weeks poll? I'm out of ideas.
